Working together

I've been SUPER interested in working on something like this for about it for a year now but didn't really know where to start. I've considered approaching Merek, but it sounds like they are not interested in leveling up their tech. I am excited about the direction you guys are taking AlgoRx and would love to talk more about how I might help and/or join the team to build AlgoRx. Listed below is three options each having their own benefits and tradeoffs

Option 1: Faster Development with Premium Investment

At Future State (My company), I'll coordinate with two senior engineers to develop this application within 4 to 6 months. The estimated cost is around $120,000. Yearly maintenance would be 20% of the initial development cost, and additional development work would be billed at $85 per hour.

Option 2: Joining the team as an employee

You could opt to bring the technology in-house, with me joining your team as an employee. The estimated development time would be 8-12 months. I would ask starting salary around $90,000 and renegotiation post-revenue.

Option 3: Equity-Based Partnership

The third option sounds the most exciting to me, but I get it if it's too early to dive into this conversation. I'm enjoy building apps, but building businesses is actually why I learned to code. I will share my ideas here just incase there is some interest on your end. I typically don't entertain these ideas because 99% of startups fail, but this is a passion project of mine and I think you guys have a solid team

• Negotiable pay based of equity position

** There will be times that we need to consult a solutions architect and principal/staff engineer that has experience with HIPPA compliant data and transferring users ** I can get pretty far with UI/UX but I am definitely not a designer. We may need to some UI/UX support for certain data visualization challenges
