The project timeline outlined below provides an estimated schedule for the AlgoRx App development. Each sprint is scheduled for a duration of two weeks, with a built-in flexibility margin of 15% in both directions to accommodate potential adjustments in scope, unforeseen challenges, or opportunities for enhancement.
